Pharmacist and managing director Rachel Ramdin has lived and worked on Provo for more than 10 years. She is a UK trained pharmacist and has a Masters in Business Administration from Edinburgh Business School.

Pharmacy support staff include Randena Carlson and Daline Honorat. Randi has a Bachleor's degree in Health Promotion and Daline is a graduate of the Turks and Caicos Community College.
